accessibility

the miffy museum is the most fun museum for all toddlers and preschoolers
The layout and interactive displays in the museum are safe and comfortable for young children to use. All spaces are accessible with prams and standard wheelchairs. Service animals and guide dogs are welcome in the museum and our employees are familiar with the Sunflower Keycord and the Autipas.
Visitors with special needs who require a companion to visit the miffy museum can bring one carer or companion for free. Please note you still need to reserve a time slot with a free companion ticket in the online ticket shop.
Through various tactile materials, games with relief and scent, colour contrasts, braille and Dutch Sign Language, there is plenty to experience and discover for toddlers and preschoolers with and without disabilities.
The miffy museum organises low-stimulus mornings throughout the year.
For hygienic reasons, eating in the museum is not allowed. This way the museum stays tidy and no one suffers from any allergic reactions. The museum café offers a wide range of options for those who are hungry. Do you have an allergy or are there medical reasons why you have to eat during your museum visit or can only eat your own food? Please let one of the employees at the entrance or in the museum café know in advance.
Adult weelchairs are available for loan. Please reserve one here prior to your visit.
