Primary schools
The Miffy Museum is a proud partner in education. We have developed two educational programmes suitable for the first two primary-school grades, led by a professional play facilitator. Please note that these programmes are only available in Dutch.
Poppy Pig's shop

- Available on Mondays
- €75 per group
- Max. 15 children
- 2 supervisors per group

This programme takes place in Poppy Pig's shop. Together, under the supervision of a professional play facilitator, the students act out various scenarios in a clothing store: trying on and accessorising clothing, feeling fabrics and playing shop. The children also measure, count and sort, combining a museum visit with numeracy education. In the art room, children take part in a clothing-themed workshop.

Traffic
- Visit to the Miffy Museum (75 minutes)
- €75 per group
- Available on Mondays
- Max. 15 children
- 2 supervisors per group
- 2 groups may book at once
- The first two years of primary school
This programme takes place ‘In Town’, where children are introduced to road safety at our large traffic square. How should we behave when in traffic? Through play, children learn to cross the road, recognise modes of transport and lots more, practising the social behaviours necessary in traffic situations through real experience. In the art room, students get to work on a creative, traffic-themed project.
