Questions about the museum
The museum is open from Tuesday till Sunday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The museum is closed on Christmas Day, New Year's Day and King's Day.
In the ticket shop you select the day of your choice. You can see the current availability per time after you have selected a day. Choose the moment that suits you best. The selected time block is the starting time.
If children are not yet able to walk, the stroller can be taken into the museum. If not, a designated area has been set up to store the stroller, so that there is as much space as possible in the museum rooms. If possible, store the stroller folded up in the storage area.
It is not allowed to eat in the museum for hygienic reasons. This keeps the museum tidy and prevents anyone suffering from possible allergies. In the museum café, there is an extensive offer, such as a Miffy pancake a poké bowl or small snacks.
Questions about tickets
Tickets are not available at the box office. Book your tickets online in advance.

You buy a ticket for a certain time slot. If you arrive late, it depends on how busy it is whether you can still enter. This will be assessed by the employees in the entrance of the museum.
