The museum is open from Tuesday till Sunday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The museum is closed on Christmas Day, New Year's Day and King's Day.
In the ticket shop you select the day of your choice. You can see the current availability per time after you have selected a day. Choose the moment that suits you best. The selected time block is the starting time.
Questions about tickets
The tickets of a time block that have not been sold online are available at the ticket machine in the entrance of the museum. It often happens that all tickets of a time block have been sold online and there are no more tickets available at the ticket machine. That is why it is advisable to buy your tickets online.

We only cancel a ticket in exceptional circumstances. You can change your ticket date free of charge. Please contact Global Ticket via the ticket page for more information.
You buy a ticket for a certain time slot. If you arrive late, it depends on how busy it is whether you can still enter. This will be assessed by the employees in the entrance of the museum.
